Rev. Wade attended several college institutions including Florida Memorial University in Miami, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 1979. He earned his Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling in 2006, from Restoration Fellowship Ministries Bible College in Melbourne, FL. 
Chaplain Wade began his career with the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services as a Juvenile Probation Officer in Miami, FL. During his professional career, Rev. Wade has worked in both State and Federal Government funded programs as well as faith based Not for Profit agencies and Ministries and has over 25 years of experience with social service agencies in the State of Florida.
On July 17, 1994, Rev. Wade answered the calling of the Gospel Ministry, and was licensed to preach the Gospel at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in West Palm Beach, FL. He was ordened on December 17, 2000.
Rev. Wade is also the founder of S.O.S., (Save Our Sons) Ministry, a mentor Program which targets young men between the ages of 12-25. He is married to Michelle Anderson Wade and together they are the proud parents of eight children.
